Additionally, we post our event appearances to bring even more attendees.

These packages are perfect for magical referrals and collaborations! We'll both let our clients know they can book a special experience with us together, creating unforgettable memories. No extra costs to us—just a delightful way to cross-promote, boost bookings and add value. Designed for individual families, the princess will enchant them at their private table or reserved room, making it a unique, exclusive experience. Whether it's for Mother's Day, birthdays, or a special family outing, it's a charming way to make your establishment shine and leave a lasting sparkle!

    • $270 per character. $50 off each character past the first.

    • Meet & Greet: Your guests will get to engage with their favorite character. The character will take them into their magical world by telling guests about their adventures and giving delightful anecdotes.

    • Photo Opportunities: A magical memory to last a lifetime.

    • Princess Lessons: The princess will teach the kids how to elegantly drink tea and eat their treats. They will also teach them the most important lesson of being a princess. The kindness within their hearts.

    • Sing A Long: The princess will do a sing a long performance of their signature song.

    • Makeup Makeovers: While kids wait for their meal they will get to receive makeovers that include eye shadow, lip gloss, blush and glitter.

    • Story Time: This is the perfect activity for to make the dining experience that much more magical. Kids can enjoy eating their sweet treats while a lovely princess reads magical stories to them.

    • Princess video message download: What sets Party Pop Ins apart is our deep understanding of children's emotions and our meticulous attention to detail, which leave a lasting impression on both children and their families. We recognize that meeting their role model is a memorable moment for kids, and they often miss their special friend after the event. To keep this magic alive, we provide a QR code at our events for parents to scan and download a personalized video message from the princess, recounting the magical moments shared. Children can watch this video repeatedly, reliving their cherished memories of meeting their very best friend at YOUR magical tea room. What’s the best part for you? We incorporate your business experience and logo into the video, keeping your event memorable for parents and children throughout the year!

    • Customized Coloring Pages: We will provide a custom princess coloring page that includes your business name, logo and menu. These coloring pages will have a tea party theme infused in them to perfectly capture the magic of their day at your establishment. Our princesses will autograph this page during their visit. It will give kids an activity to do while they are dining. Lastly the best part is that they will want to keep this autographed artwork forever with YOUR magical menu all over it. Guess where they’re going to want to go to lunch more often when theres nothing in the frige and they see this artwork taped on the fridge?

    • Stickers: Kids will be given stickers as a gift from the princess to remember their day together. They can use them to decorate their coloring sheets.

    • Birthday Options: For birthdays the character will sing Happy Birthday with the family and crown the birthday child a real-life princess.

    • Glitter Wishes: Kids will be able to have their wishes be granted right at your dining table. Princesses will present a magical wand that is full of pixie dust. They will all close their eyes and the princess will wave it above their head saying the magic words. “Bippidy Boppity Boo now your wish will come true” as she sprinkles fairy dust (glitter) in their hair.

    • Magical Music: The princess can bring soft magical instrumental background music. This will help fill the tea room with magic that will help kids feel as if they have entered an enchanted realm. The playlist will be hand-crafted to be soft and pleasing to any other guests that may be present at the time but are not part of the party who hired the princess.

  • We'll simply connect by call or text to check availability and find a perfect date and time when we can both be booked together for the client. Once we've found the right time, we'll refer the client to the other to finalize their part of the reservation and choose their magical package. We'll each have an idea of each other's price range, so we can give the client a glimpse of the total cost. Then, the client can chat directly with the other to go over the enchanting details of their chosen package and what it includes.

  • Great if you need to control attendance for a space limitations. Gives the opportunity to sell tickets that make a higher profit than just the meal reservations typically make. Adds value by offering regular things that add value to your guests lives. Makes them love you and associate their magical memories with your establishment. Helps with advertising. Characters transport audiences to a magical realm through their storytelling. Including adults. Parents will want to return to the enchanting tea house for a girly brunch with their friends that brought them into a fantasy reality and made them feel like royalty.

    • $250/Character/Hour.

    • $200/Character/Hour when booking 4+ events for the year. We recommend starting with quarterly to build up spreading the word and instill the impression of the experience being part of your Tea Room vs a one time thing.

    • Get $50 off per character past the 2nd character booked for the same event date. (This discount does not apply to booking multiple event dates at once)

Your use of our services implies agreement with the following policies:

  • -Exclusive Booking: We should be the only character company present at the event. If you wish to include another character company, approval is required.

    -Marketing: We distribute materials to guests and display a 33x81” retractable banner at ticketed events.

    -Representation: While we cross-promote other companies, we will only represent our own.

    -Advertising: Commercial ads/posts with our image must not contain copyrighted names or cartoons. Character names can be found on your invoice and event summary. Companies must be granted approval to use our image for commercial purposes. If approved, they must tag us in ALL images: "Character provided by @PartyPopIns." Please seek approval before downloading images from our pages and posting them.

    -Website Posting: Our presence can be featured on websites ONLY within preferred vendor lists or flyers of event dates we are booked for. We must be clearly tagged.

    -PAINT: Wet craft/acrylic paint cannot be near our characters where children will have it on their clothing or hands and stain the costumes. Face paint is ok.

  • -OVERTIME: Services will conclude promptly at the agreed-upon time, even if the client requests we wait to begin later or pause the entertainment for any reason.

    -DISTRACTIONS: Client acknowledges that simultaneous entertainment may interfere with the performance, engagement, and overall experience.

    -PAYMENT: We collect payment in full to save the date via a provided PayPal invoice link with customer protection.

    -RUSH FEE: Bookings made within 48 hours of the event date will have a $50 rush fee added to the total.

    -CANCELATION POLICY: Payments are transferable within 13 months upon cancellation for ANY reason to an agreeable date. If staff is turned away upon arrival due to venue or weather conditions or client request there will be no refund. Cancelations made within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee per staff member that will be collected upon when rescheduling. Please let us know ASAP of cancellations to reduce company financial loss. Backup indoor locations for weather are highly recommended.

    -SUPERVISION: Parents must supervise and assist their children. Party Pop Ins may leave without refund if environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

    -SUBSTITUTION: In case of staff incapacitation, Party Pop Ins may substitute an entertainer of equal or greater skill at no extra cost. If no replacement can be found or if Client doesn’t want the replacement we will issue a full refund.

    -ARTISTIC FREEDOM: We retain creative control over our performance.

    -LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to hold Party Pop Ins harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property damage or physical injury during the event. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance environment, ensuring the proper use of equipment, and supervising attendees to prevent any unsafe behavior.

    -INSURANCE: We are insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
