Our beloved Characters can't wait to meet your clients and customers, adding a touch of enchantment to their shopping experience or elevating your Carnival or Festival with magical photo moments. We deliver the wonder right to your doorstep, ensuring that guests of all ages are captivated by the magic of interacting with their favorite characters in person!

By advertising our presence, event organizers can expect a boost in guest attendance. Our characters bring magic that not only attracts more guests but also ensures they leave satisfied and eager to return year after year. To assist with promotion, we provide organizers with a digital flyer and images of our characters for advertising purposes, which we strongly encourage to maximize event success. Additionally, we post our event appearances to bring even more attendees.
Our library of characters is meticulously crafted, featuring only the highest quality costumes and wigs to maintain character integrity, making every encounter enchantingly realistic. More than just aesthetics, our performers are professionally trained in acting, singing, and dancing, ensuring they embody the characters authentically. At Party Pop Ins, we believe in the magic of details and are dedicated to bringing beloved fairy tale characters to life in the most enchanting way possible.
The Magic Included
Meet & Greet: Your guests will get to engage with their favorite character. The character will take them into their magical world by telling guests about their adventures and giving delightful anecdotes.
Photo Opportunities: A magical memory to last a lifetime.
Stickers: After meeting their princess friend they will be guided to the table where they will select a princess/character sticker as a gift from the princess to remember their day together.
Princess video message download: What sets Party Pop Ins apart is our deep understanding of children's emotions and our meticulous attention to detail, which leave a lasting impression on both children and their families. We recognize that meeting their role model is a memorable moment for kids, and they often miss their special friend after the event. To keep this magic alive, we provide a QR code at our events for parents to scan and download a personalized video message from the princess, recounting the magical moments shared. Children can watch this video repeatedly, reliving their cherished memories of meeting their very best friend at YOUR magical event. What’s the best part for you? We incorporate your event logo into the video, keeping your event memorable for parents and children throughout the year!
1 Character Attendant: To ensure your booked entertainment runs like clockwork, we will provide you with one character attendant for the duration of your booking. They will assist with photos, set up/pack up, manage the line, answer guest questions and handle additional merchandise sales (if applicable).

Get $25 off when allowing a tip jar to be put out for our staff.
Enhance your guests' experience and enjoy a discount on your booking by allowing Party Pop Ins to sell merchandise at your event. Receive a $25 discount when you include our merchandise sales, featuring items such as princess wands and tiaras. Parents can purchase these items for their children to wear during photo opportunities, helping them feel like real princesses throughout the day. To make the experience even more magical, the princess will personally crown the child during their meet-and-greet! With no additional cost for this added entertainment value and the included discount, it's an excellent enhancement to your booking.
Get $50 off per character past the 2nd character booked for the same event.
Your use of our services implies agreement with the following policies:
-
-Exclusive Booking: We should be the only character company present at the event. If you wish to include another character company, approval is required.
-Marketing: We distribute materials to guests and display a 33x81” retractable banner.
-Representation: While we cross-promote other companies, we will only represent our own.
-Advertising: Commercial ads/posts with our image must not contain copyrighted names or cartoons. Character names can be found on your invoice and event summary. Companies must be granted approval to use our image for commercial purposes. If approved, they must tag us in ALL images: "Character provided by @PartyPopIns." Please seek approval before downloading images from our pages and posting them.
-Website Posting: Our presence can be featured on websites ONLY within preferred vendor lists or flyers of event dates we are booked for. We must be clearly tagged.
-PARKING & RESTROOMS: Must be in a reasonable walking distance or a golf cart transportation may need to be provided by the client. Characters cannot use a Port-O-Potty. Certain costumes produce more heat and walking far distances becomes a heat exhaustion risk.
-SURFACE: We must be provided with a clean and dry surface to stand on that is free of dirt or mud. -PAINT: Wet craft/acrylic paint cannot be near our booth where children will have it on their clothing or hands and stain the costumes. Face paint is ok.
-COVERING: We must be provided with a covering from rain and direct sunlight. If characters aren’t fully covered from the rain in the provided covering they may leave without refund to avoid costume damage.
-
-OVERTIME: Services will conclude promptly at the agreed-upon time, even if the client requests we wait to begin later or pause the entertainment.
-DISTRACTIONS: Client acknowledges that simultaneous entertainment may interfere with the performance, engagement, and overall experience.
-PAYMENT: We collect payment in full to save the date via a PayPal invoice with customer protection.
-CANCELATION POLICY: Payments are transferable within 13 months upon cancellation for ANY reason to an agreeable date. If staff is turned away upon arrival due to venue or weather conditions or client request there will be no refund. Cancelations made within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee per staff member that will be collected upon when rescheduling. Please let us know ASAP of cancellations to reduce company financial loss. Backup indoor locations for weather are highly recommended.
-SUPERVISION: Parents must supervise and assist their children. Party Pop Ins may leave without refund if environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
-SUBSTITUTION: In case of staff incapacitation, Party Pop Ins may substitute an entertainer of equal or greater skill at no extra cost. If no replacement can be found or if Client doesn’t want the replacement we will issue a full refund.
-ARTISTIC FREEDOM: We retain creative control over our performance.
-LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to hold Party Pop Ins harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property damage or physical injury during the event. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance environment, ensuring the proper use of equipment, and supervising attendees to prevent any unsafe behavior.
-INSURANCE: We are insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
